PMDF e-Mail Integration, Configuration and Management

PMDF provides "Internet-style" e-mail integration of disparate mail systems including PC LAN mail systems, Digital's Message Router and MailBus 400, other X.400 systems, FAX, alphanumeric pagers, etc. This course provides an overview of the capabilities of PMDF and the configuration environment. Also included are important ongoing tasks such as PMDF management, performance tuning and pro-active fault detection and resolution.

While this course concentrates on the use of PMDF in the OpenVMS environment, most of the information provided is transferrable to sites running PMDF on Digital UNIX.
